Our Head Chef, Adam Hicks, is passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients to create traditional dishes with a modern British sensibility. We take great pride in our meat, selecting the very best and aging it in house to assure you of the most tender and flavoursome steaks and Sunday roasts. House specialities also feature pies, slow-cooked dishes and oysters.
We offer a variety of menus depending on exactly what you are looking for. Dishes on the dinner menu include to Grilled English asparagus, poached egg and truffle hollandaise, slow cooked West Country spring lamb with flageolet beans and baby vegetable broth and Iced raspberry parfait, caramel swirl and rum roasted peaches. Whilst comfort food dominates the bar menu with the likes of fish and chips, Spanish charcuterie board, and pint of Wright brothers prawns.
